Private Goodness Law: is part of Private Goodness Ltd - an award winning CSR consultancy.
Private Goodness exists to help companies do more good and grow sustainably.
This particular service has been designed with lawyers and their capabilities at heart. We see lawyers not just as advisors, but as change-makers, negotiators, business people, and neighbours.
All large law firms have some form of Corporate Responsibility scheme but we believe that it should be an option for any firm. That's why our services vary from an online course to virtual support on retainer, to bespoke training over Zoom and reviews of existing projects.
Olga Ivannikova (FRSA LLB LLM) is the Founder of Private Goodness.
Olga is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a social responsibility trainer for the London School of Public Relations. She has trained companies based in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, America, and Asia.
In her career Olga worked for a number of regional and national charities and has managed corporate responsibility partnerships with over one hundred organisations, including banks such as Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Bank of New York Mellon and major international law firms like Nabarro (now part of CMS), Cleary Gottlieb and K&L Gates.
Olga frequently speaks about access to justice and the power of companies to do good, most notably at the Royal Courts of Justice (alongside Mr Justice Knowles), the House of Lords, the Global Woman club, the London Business School, and the Impact Hub.
She won the 'Top Student' Award for Business, Human Rights and Corporate Social Responsibility at her Masters course at the Open University.

With our partners (Create and Radical Recruit) we work towards a more inclusive world by championing inclusion, volunteering with ex-offenders, and funding amazing projects.
5% of every invoice for online and in-house training is paid to Create – a charity that empowers people who are excluded due to disability, disadvantage, or poverty, through the creative arts.
